The small moments that remind you that life doesn’t need to rush.

It’s like a therapy. Very calming and theres always more to learn. Here are my Favorites ones that I always come back to. Don’t think you have to follow it exactly how it’s shown, be creative—that’s what cooking is about.

Night Oats

Its really a simple one. Adjust the portions to how much you’re used to eating.

  • 1.5 cups of Oats

  • 2 Scoops of Chocolate Protein Powder

  • .5-1 cup of milk; depending on your consistency preference

  • Put in Fridge overnight sweetie
    Optional: Chia seeds, Peanut Butter

Don’t add too much chia seeds or it’ll taste like metal


Steak Frites

My most luxurious meal

  • Use a NY Strip or Ribeye but pay attention to the thickness— season Salt, Black Pepper & Garlic Powder

Theres no measurement, I just cover the whole thing but don’t overdo it especially with the Salt

  • Cook on medium heat with 2 TBSP of Olive Oil, but depending on thickness cook for 3-8 min each side.

  • Boil Potatoes meanwhile, for 25 Min.

Good way to tell Medium rare is to touch steak after you flip it—It needs to be firm but bouncy like a perfect avocado. If its soft then its rare or RAW.

  • After Potatoes are done, cut into fry shapes or Home Fries shapes—season with cajun and oregano—Air Fry at 375F for 15-17 min.

Instead of Ketchup, We doing Guac

  • Smash Half or a whole avocado and add chopped red onions and lime.

Add some fruit too.


Avocado n Egg

Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner—I’ll eat this anytime

  • Toast bread, I mean really toast them—the crispier the more it’ll be able to hold and not break

  • Scramble 2-3 eggs in a small cup and just add Salt for now—Cook eggs on medium heat w/ Olive Oil.
    -You could use scrambled eggs or make it a mini omelette.

    Meanwhile, you can use the same Frites recipe to add to this meal. So follow the same recipe.

  • In your toasted bread, Add sliced avocado or Guac to make it like Mayo—Then add Honey Turkey, your eggs and Cheese.

    I use Tropical White Cheese.

  • Sprinkle Black Pepper and Oregano after everything is assembled.

    Add some fruit again.
